Dios construye nuestra vocación en el camino. Cada renuncia, cada fracaso y cada prueba pueden ser el cincel con el que prepara la misión que tiene para ti.

A veces, no estar perdido significa simplemente que Dios aún no ha terminado de escribir tu historia.

Most Catholics Don’t Know What Actually Happens at a Catholic Wedding

A Catholic wedding is far more than exchanging vows or signing legal papers.

In the Sacrament of Matrimony, a baptized man and a baptized woman enter a sacred covenant established by God and elevated by Christ. Through their free consent, they become ministers of the sacrament to one another, receiving the grace to love faithfully, sacrificially, and fruitfully for life.

Marriage is not merely a contract—it is a covenant that reflects the unbreakable love between Christ and His Church (Ephesians 5:25–32). Its two inseparable purposes are the good of the spouses and openness to the gift of children.

This is why the Catholic Church teaches that a valid sacramental marriage is indissoluble. Jesus said, “What God has joined together, let no one separate” (Matthew 19:6). No human authority—not even the Church—has the power to dissolve a valid, consummated sacramental marriage.

The Church distinguishes civil divorce from the sacramental bond. Civil divorce may sometimes be tolerated when it is the only way to protect legal rights, children, or personal safety, but it does not end the marriage in God’s eyes. Likewise, an annulment is not a Catholic divorce; it is a declaration that a valid marriage never existed because an essential element was absent from the beginning.

Marriage is not simply about finding happiness; it is a vocation to holiness, where husband and wife help one another become saints and bear witness to God’s faithful love.

Once you understand the sacramental theology of marriage, you’ll never see a Catholic wedding the same way again.

THE CHURCH FATHER WHO WROTE THIS IN 107 AD AND IT SILENCES EVERY PROTESTANT ARGUMENT

St. Ignatius of Antioch was a student of the Apostle John. He was arrested and sent to Rome to be eaten by lions.

On the way, he wrote seven letters. In 107 AD, within living memory of the Apostles, he wrote:

“Where the bishop is, there let the multitude of believers be; even as where Jesus is, there is the Catholic Church.” (Letter to the Smyrnaeans, 8:2)

This is the first recorded use of the term “Catholic Church” and it comes from a man who personally knew the Apostle who leaned on Jesus’ chest at the Last Supper.

He also wrote:

“Take note of those who hold heterodox opinions… They abstain from the Eucharist and from prayer, because they do not confess that the Eucharist is the flesh of our Savior Jesus Christ.”

Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. The Catholic Church by name. Obedience to bishops in apostolic succession.

107 AD. Not the Council of Trent. Not the Middle Ages.

The next time someone tells you the Catholic Church invented these doctrines centuries later, show them Ignatius.

He wrote this on the way to die for it.

La Unidad añade 200mw a la capacidad del Sistema de Generación. Compartimos las gráficas con el estatus del Sistema de Energía.

El personal técnico de Genera Puerto Rico informó durante el día de hoy que, como resultado de la salida súbita que tuvo la Unidad #6 de Costa Sur el pasado jueves en la noche, luego de las operaciones de la línea de 230kv 50400 y los disturbios ocurridos en el Centro de Transmisión 230kv de Costa Sur, confrontó problemas durante el proceso de arranque y la sincronización de esa Unidad en el día de ayer. Además, la misma tuvo daños en el sistema de soporte de varias líneas principales de vapor, lo que requerirá reparaciones adicionales y mantendrá esa Unidad fuera de servicio por las proximas 2 semanas. Ante esta situación impartimos instrucciones especificas al personal directivo del operador Genera para que adelante los trabajos y reparaciones en curso en las unidades;

Costa Sur #5 - 400mw
Palo Seco #4 - 200mw
San Juan #7 - 100mw

Total: 700mw

De manera que estás unidades entren en servicio en o antes del próximo lunes 20 de julio. Igualmente, estaremos cursando una comunicación al operador privado de la red LUMA Energy, LLC., para que identifique y corrija la causa que ocasionó el disturbio ocurrido en el sistema eléctrico el pasado jueves, que trajo como resultado las condiciones operacionales actuales. Compartimos las gráficas con el estatus del sistema de energía de Puerto Rico.
