“You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it.” - Maya Angelou
Joining Hertie School for doing a Master of Public Policy has been the best decision I ever made! In this short interview, I have shared my motivation and future career ambitions with the admissions team. To read more, please visit the link below:

While it's true that we all want #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput but is this the way a woman should be treated the way #RheaChakraborty is being treated here?
We know that the 'moral' values of Indian Media have always been low but, there's a limit to everything! 🙏🙏🙏Shameful
@Jadeydreams Really happy for you. But from third countries like India, we need a visa to enter Germany. The embassy and consulates here are not even accepting any student visa applications, forget about visitor's visa.
@aniket_narawad @AmbLindnerIndia @GermanyinIndia@GermanyDiplo I understand that embassies are running with skeletal staff, but how difficult is it to be transparent and provide a tentative date for new student visa applications?
@schengen_info@BMISprecher This does not really work if the embassies or consulates don't accept visa applications. From July 3, Indian students are technically allowed in Germany but the embassy does not accept new visa applications. Have a German partner but not able to get visitors visa or study visa!
@sbananahammock1@egly_tim Our story is almost the same. I quit my job at an international firm in India, after getting a scholarship to study in Berlin. After 5 years of ldr, we were going to move to Berlin this month and build a future together. All plans on pause now! Quit well-paid job, no student visa
@LoveThruCOVID@BMISprecher@BMI_Bund @HeikoMaas @cducsubt Hi @LoveThruCOVID, thanks for the retweet but I would really appreciate you if you undo the retweet. Being angry and disrespectful does not yield to positive outcomes. I am requesting help from the German government. Asking help should be polite and not rude!
@Kel_Arnell @realDonaldTrump@SecPompeo Hi Kelly, I am from India and my partner is from Germany. Trump and Pompeo have got nothing to do with me. It is rather Angela Merkel (Germany's Chancellor) who can help me out.
@Marieclnrck Had planned to close the 5 year LDR with my German partner. Now I have a scholarship to study in Berlin, quit my job to accept the offer. However, german embassy in India is not accepting any new visa applications for student visa. Visitor visa also impossible. #LoveIsEssential
@gL_der_Expat Everyday. 5 years since I fell in love with a German. In march, I was offered a scholarship by a German university and I quit my job in India and now no new visa applications are being accepted by the German embassy in India.
@LoveThruCOVID I am from India and my boyfriend is from Germany. I have a scholarship to study in Berlin and I quit my job after accepting the offer. New visa applications are currently not being accepted by the German embassy in India. No student/visitor's visa and away from my love since Jan
@MoritzTaz@BMI_Bund I can totally understand. Also, I read the news. However, I also need a student visa. As of now, the information from the embassy is that it would not open before September for new visa applications. That's kind of unsettling. My uni in Berlin starts in end of August.
