Brilliant to see Labour commit to improving climate resilience in their manifesto.
Especially glad to see promises on restoring nature (key for flooding & heat resilience) and enhancing climate preparation across local government - which were key recommendations in our report ⬇️

Her links to extreme transphobic groups aside, the Women & Equalities Committee and the Joint Committee on Human Rights made it very clear that Stephenson lacked experience and understanding across the board.

We also recommend clear statutory responsibilities on employers if working temperatures reach 24C, including:
👔 Temporary relaxation of dress codes
💧 Provision of water
🏡 More regular breaks
🌞 Provision of suncream and protective equipment for outdoor workers
