@norallie @EDP24 Beccles Morrisons is freezing too …. Staff were so cold bless them… my 88 year old Mum normally shops there & doesn’t want to go back. Maybe they can’t afford the heating bills ?

@BritishGasHelp hi … my 88 year old Mum has a home care package with you. Her boiler stopped working this afternoon, she has called you, but no one will be out until tomorrow afternoon.
Please prioritise she is frail, skin & bones, really feels the cold.

@wat_thee_deuce_ At 17 my Dads funeral was my 1st I struggled that life was going on outside people were not stopping.
I always stop, someone’s loved one is grieving. X

@BritishGasHelp - hi - my 88 year old Mum has been without a boiler since 06:00 yesterday. You charge her monthly for a service contract, 24 hrs & no one has been. Poor service…..
