@bt_uk how can I test if my router is failing? Constantly losing connection to my devices however it’s still showing connection to the network. Getting more and more unreliable.

@bt_uk this screen is happening every day and I’m pretty sure it’s just not bothering to update. Our BT TV box is annoying and slow. Are your newer boxes any better?

@EE @bt_uk HI, I've been with BT for my TV and internet forever. I'm looking at moving over to you for my mobile contract (possibly a family plan) who is the best person to call to get a good deal and maybe look at my internet and tv as well????

@NetflixUK how come some shows don’t come up on my BT TV box Netflix app even when I search? Can’t watch programmes that I can see on my iPhone or iPad apps. Don’t seem to have a “watch again” or “continue watching” section.

@bt_uk The same, broadband is staying connected to the internet but I keep losing connection to router. Keep getting a red light on extender disc as well. The troubleshooter thing just reset the router for me.

@bt_uk how can I check my router is working properly? Ever since I regraded my wi-fi quality has been terrible. Still connected to internet but my devices (iPhones, iPads, laptop, etc) all lose connection. Even the Wi-Fi extender light goes red.
