This is one of the wildest stories I’ve heard of this year. At first I thought it was fiction until I saw this video.
And no, this is not a movie/skit.
This is a true life story.
Wow. I am still in total complete shock.
This is unbelievable wickedness.
@SpotifyAfrica Goodday
I have tried reaching out severally through mails and my complaint hasn’t been addressed. I was debited thrice last payment day. My account name is Favour. My email is [email protected]
If you’re not the one going through it, you can never truly grasp the weight of the pain others feel when it’s their turn to suffer. Now you can better understand what Phyna was going through with her sister’s situation. Stay strong, and take heart.
Another day to remind every medical doctor in Nigeria that you must prioritize yourself first. Neither the system nor your colleagues will look after your health. Protect your well-being and don’t be afraid to be selfish with yourself.
Make residency unattractive. Residents leave for better opportunities, young doctors refuse to join the program. The available residents and doctors are left to do more work for terrible work hours with the same pay (they are severely underpaid btw). There's serious trouble.
Grateful for senior colleagues like Dr Sina. I was battling a chronic condition during my HJ everyday unfailingly he will follow up with me
Ask me if I used my meds , if I am seeing my doctor . If I am making progress
It doesn't hurt to be nice to juniors, really
growing up i remember watching my dad listen to the radio while doing his laundry, now i’m about to do my laundry while listening to a podcast. full circle 🤔
Doctors,
Normalize seeing a doctor when you are sick
Normalize not missing your clinic appointments
Normalize taking your medications
Normalize exercising and eating healthier
Normalize doing a medical checkup
Checkup before “that illness” CHECK YOU OUT!!!
