A few days ago, I received unsolicited offers of $3 million, along with an invitation to a confidential meeting in London, from a highly placed individual whom I have been informed is connected to #Nigerian President Bola #Tinubu. I believe these offers were an attempt to persuade my firm to end our campaign concerning President Tinubu's alleged #heroin-trafficking records.
I refused the offers, immediately preserved screenshots of the exchanges, and forwarded all the evidence to the U.S. Department of Justice (@TheJusticeDept). It remains shocking to me that, despite the @FBI and #DEA's heroin-trafficking allegations concerning Nigerian President Bola Tinubu, @CNN , the @washingtonpost, and the @nytimes have never reported on this shocking story.
It seems The Washington Post’s slogan, “Democracy Dies in Darkness,” applies only when The Washington Post is scrutinizing President @realDonaldTrump and @Republicans. When it concerns the @JoeBiden Administration blocking the release of drug-trafficking documents concerning an African president, there is silence. True journalism in America is dead.

@RepRileyMoore We appreciate your efforts in ending terrorism in Nigeria, we also plead for Trump to help in ensuring that we have a free, fair and credible elections in Nigeria. Tinubu and his enablers will do anything to retain power until they are being threatened with the Venezuela action.
@winexviv Last time, it was Nmesoma being accused of forgery, and was coerced into admitting it. Now they are after another Ibo child.
The Nigerian system hates Ibos period!
Chief Henry, you see curs£s, abus£s, insults and trolls only because your perspective on the issue comes from a single, impaired lens.
But if you put on the spectacle of truth, you’d feel far deeper despair than the lot you accused in this tweet.
The reality is, what you see are expressions of frustration from a teeming majority of patriotic hopefuls, whose expectation was that a grandpa like Atiku would toe the path of honour and patriotism by allowing the people’s wish to prevail.
It is expected that Atiku would read the room, feel the pulse, and apply logic to current affairs and the state of the country. If he did he’d know age is far against him. He would respect the unwritten rule of zoning.
Also, he would reason with the youths who yearn for a candidate far more competent, who has the capacity and enthusiasm to genuinely work.
The disappointment Nigerians get from Atiku on these expectations gives rise to the unkind expressions you see. Much more, they struggle to make sense of his insistence to run for President, even against hostile odds.
You have Atiku’s ears or those of the people around him. Whisper truth into his aging ears.
Hope this helps.✍️
