I’ve been getting my walk in every day this week - except today. Had a huge clean out of our storage facility at work and I feel I got plenty of steps in. I’m exhausted! Here’s a pic of my walk yesterday, how pretty is #NorthSydney? 💛✨☁️ #mark220#mark320
I’m at a conference for work today and I know I won’t have the time to walk @ lunch. Instead, I took the early train and went for a walk before work. Then sat outside to eat breakfast. #mark320 ☁️💛
Re-scheduled my walk for after work and it was definitely worth it. I thought about not going for one today but it made all the difference after a long work day behind a screen #mark320 💛☁️ #bereal
It’s been really hard to prioritise my lunch time walk as my plate is incredibly full at work. Every lunch time I need to chose to do my walk so I can feel better at the end of each work day #Mark320
My #behaviouralchange for #mark320 is to spend 10 minutes every lunch time going for a walk. My office job and social media role equals a lot of screen time. Plus, working indoors has significantly impacted my Vit. D levels.
Coaching, talent identification, admin roles, in the media. We're slowly seeing women and diverse voices become more prominent. Five years on, my life is completely different and certainly for the better 🤓
@glbastiani This is so true! I abandoned my dreams of sports journalism after years of hearing sexist remarks from the media & others in a small town. I know journalism isn’t for me but I can only imagine how else I can be a part of women in sport off the field. Representation is key.
@IsabelOakeshott Let’s get one thing straight. The body represented is not even close to “dangerous” it’s a regular human body. it’s not a new body type either. In reality the concept that thin represents health and beauty is not only new, it’s entirely unfounded. You’re the one being dangerous.
