@MartinSLewis I’m having a nightmare with TUI! We have 3rd party flights with easy jet.. last week we rang and they said easy jets flight plan only goes up till May so we can only amend our holiday till then. We’ve rang back today and another agent has told us they haven’t..

@TUIUK I’ve been on the phone for 3hrs 10 minutes. My partner was on the phone for 3 hours yesterday but wouldn’t speak to him as he wasn’t a lead passenger even though he’s named on the holiday. Absolutely ridiculous all I want to do is move my holiday!!!

@TUIUK I’ve got a holiday booked in August but the flights are with easyJet. I would like to move the holiday to next year but getting through on the phone seems impossible! Am I able to go into store to sort this??
