@Google My account was locked due to unusual activity. I follow the steps but get 'Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you'. I've tried completing the form https://t.co/bWyvO9KpBa but just get an automated reply telling me to do what I've already done? Any ideas?

Absolutely ridiculously customer service from @Deliveroo I received the wrong order and the only response I get is 'we will review your request for a refund in 24-48hrs'. I don't want a refund, I just want what I ordered but 'they're not authorised to do that'.
