BREAKING: Donald Trump is dealt a crushing blow as an appellate court judge rejects his desperate request to halt the hush money trial and remove the judge who hit him with a gag order.

Trump's attorneys requested that Judge Juan Merchan be recused as well as for a stay in the trial proceedings. Clearly, they're worried about losing this case and for good reason. The evidence is damning.
