@British_Airways The flight is getting ready to board and still nothing. To give a couple one allocated seat and one “wait and see if you can even get on the plane” ticket is horrendous service. We only get one honeymoon and this has begun to taint what should be a trip of a lifetime.

@British_Airways my honeymoon to the Maldives is ending poorly. My husband and I were not able to check in online due to an error on the webs page and at the airport he was given a seat and I was not. I am concerned I will get bumped from Premium Economy that we paid for.

@British_Airways We paid for premium economy, what I don’t understand is why my husband was given a seat and I was not. I am very concerned that i will be stuck in the Maldives alone as my husband has been allocated a seat and there’s no clarity if they even have a seat available for me.

@British_Airways This is unacceptable. My husband does not want to board without me and risk me being stuck here or being allocated a seat in a downgraded cabin. Will I be downgraded to regular economy? If so I want my money back or compensation for not recieving the service I paid for.

@swifferwins We were in the same boat. My now husband and I went through the house to see if there was anything we wanted to upgrade that we wouldn’t normally purchase (ie nicer towels or sheets). I also added a few hobby related things!
