@canva, it won't let me log in, saying that it is an issue on your end. And when I go to the help centre provided, it wants me to log in before it will help me. However, I can do this as it won't let me log in!

@SeatfrogHelp I’ve checked on the app ans understand if the train isn’t on there then there’s no tickets up for auction.
But what does it mean when it shows up just as unavailable?
Will they come live at a later date? Or will there be no upgrades available?

@nxcare I have brought a coach card that I doubt will arrive in time for me to travel with it. On your website, it says I should contact you for you to be able a temporary digital card to "arrange for you to travel on your first journey without it". Can you help with this?
