The veg sweat out quite a bit of juice which I removed part way through and thickened into a sauce I drizzled over the chicken/veg when serving. A short broil skips the need to dirty another pan to sauté and get crispy bits. The sauces, pickled bits, and herbed leveled it up.

Today I made this Oven-Roasted Chicken Shawarma recipe from @nytfood. Added peppers & zucchini to the sheet pan. Served it with leftover rice, a garlic Greek yogurt sauce, and a side salad - topped with feta, pickled onions and fresh herbs. 10/10 https://t.co/zHxpucOzIZ
