Extremely impressed by @ICRIER 2025 report on “State of India’s Digital Economy”. It is a path breaking report.
It uses a new approach, the Connect – Harness – Innovate – Protect – Sustain (CHIPS) framework. Other measurements are outdated as they do it on fixed line connectivity whereas India has technologically pole vaulted with mobile connectivity.
India is ranked third at aggregate level among the G20 countries,

At the sub-national level, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, Gujarat and Haryana take the top five spots.
The report is a Must Read . Congrats Pramod Bhasin, Deepak Mishra & Mansi Kedia @emke08
