@Specsavers disappointed! Requested prescription on live chat, asking for the reading glasses. Ordered glasses online, came and was given the wrong prescription! Now have glasses that I cant use!!

@Dominos_UK Bit late once its been delivered! Its not hard to put the correct toppings on really, especially when you have to leave a note as its happened before!! No point in ordering with them again.

@HelpAtGeorge I've just opened a parcel that I picked up a few days ago and although the invoice note has the 3 items that I ordered on it, the items are not the correct ones.

@easyJet Just wanted to say how amazing the cabin crew and pilot were on the Palma flight to Birmingham last night. Very stressful and distressing few hours before take off and all the crew handled the situation so well. Well done all 👌

@Dominos_UK really don't know why you have burger sauce as an extra because no matter how many times I request it, never get! And all the store says is "ooops our mistake!!". So frustrating.

@SizzlingPubs had many lovely meals at the black horse illey,but don't think we will be returning. No fish,no lasagne. Messed up orders, luke warm food & a sizzling plate that was stone cold! Filthy, smelly toilets. Not sure whats happened but used to be a lovely place to eat.

@McDonaldsUK haven't been able to order on app as saying I'm waiting for a delivery. Really annoying as keep missing out on using points and offers.

@IcelandFoods so my delivery hasn't turned up and I've been calling customer services for 30 mins, every time I get though the options to talk to a person I'm cut off! Not sure what to do next.
