@RebeccaFlinders We were in this exact queue on Monday, at around 11.20am... I have tried complaining today but they will not offer any partial refund. 3 hour queues are ridiculous when you book an appointment aren't they😭

@kimwillsher1 @sandjo5 @McPBen An NHS test cannot be used for travel, it can be a RAT (antigen) which is paid for but you can usually get them done at the airport pre departure with results within 60 minutes. I am not sure whether it comes into place until Saturday I am trying to find out.

@DeeDevaraju @Boyzeee7 Mine did this too, if you try again in future you just have to be patient and keep refreshing after you get this error msg! I got all sorts of error messages after adding it to my basket but after 20 minutes I finally managed to pay. It is reserved for 30 minutes once added🙂
