@lner people sat in our reserved seats on a very busy 1305 train to kings cross from newark. They say they also have a reservation. Wanting compensation as this cost me a lot and this is my birthday present!!!

@marksandspencer bought some double buckle flatform mules at the end of march, wore them last week and within minutes had sores to the top of both feet - they're still not healed! The design pinches the skin on the top of the foot. Not what I expect from m&s, especially at £46!!
