@HM_Passport 2 hours! To make a £5 payment to upgrade to overnight postage for my documents to be sent back. To be told she can't take payment as WFH! She will request call back. Probably from another WFH.... Wow. Really quite unbelievable.

@HM_Passport Can I cancel my application and pick up my documents please from Liverpool office? I have emailed to cancel, as advised on the passport advice line. I need to collect my old passport and travel using that (due to travel 14/08) (married name change application)

@HM_Passport No reply to dm. No reply to my message online. Phoned and gave my number to be "automatically queued". Finally spoke to someone, they said someone would call me back within 4 hours. That was at 1pm.... still waiting.
