@TomTiffanyWI WI already has robust legislation that limits foreign parties (INCLUDING CHINA) from purchasing vast quanities of land. And protecting farmland from data centers is about ALL you WILL do to protect farmers. You are a sorry excuse for a politican and an even sorrier Wisconsinite
@TomTiffanyWI No one is coming for our "hunting and fishing traditions"! And if you cared about wall street buying our homes you would've backed Tammy Baldwin's Affordable Housing and Homeownership Protection Act. You didn't. Bc you're a conman and a liar, just like your boss!
"I work in healthcare, trust me, he'll be dead soon" tweets are the "circus" part of that old Bread and Circuses adage. Like they do absolutely delight me and keep me going.
Working class conservatives are trained to be cattle. Lapping up billionaire propaganda and voting against their own economic interests decade after decade. They’re so docile & easily manipulated by the worst people on earth it’s tragic.
So, the SBA and @RepFitzgerald... my thoughts (after fairly superficial research) that no one will probably care about. That's okay; that's the point of this app, right?
The SBA needs to be reviewed and updated. It was written for a different world and could never have anticipated the league's current market power or what TV would look like today. It's in the fans' best interest for Congress to question territorial exclusivity, paywalls, and inflated prices under the exemption.
But blowing up that exemption without protecting equal‑share national revenue is a real threat for teams like Green Bay, Buffalo, and KC. The SBA lets the league sell one giant national package and then cut every team the same check. This is the lifeline for smaller-market teams.
Narrow the exemption. Protect the league-wide TV deals that let every team get the same check. Don't force small markets into local media fights against Chicago, LA, and NY.
As for Fitzgerald...he's right to want more fairness in the SBA. He’s wrong to be dismissive of legitimate constituent concerns.
Save the whales does not mean fuck the dolphins (not you, Miami). You can accomplish something that benefits all parties. But when has the government ever cared about doing that? End of rant.

From the Packers: “Packers fans everywhere should be deeply concerned that Rep. Fitzgerald admitted to giving 'zero' consideration to keeping the Packers in Green Bay as he explores upending the 65-year-old Sports Broadcasting Act.”

and even if it was real, "oh, it hurts boo hoo" pain is weakness leaving the body diva. I thought ya'll were built Ford tough or whatever? Rub some dirt on it.
you watch enough true crime, you inevitably come to the conclusion that most cases that went cold or took terribly long to solve are a direct result of police negligence, bias and stupidity.
I know we can be mad at more than one issue at a time, but the reflecting pool saga is such a non-issue for me when our president is a PEDOPHILE and nothing is being done about that.
im genuinely intolerant of religion like in a way that even progressives probably think is problematic. you have this made up idea of existence from a story book and you reject the reality of the world around you to the point of hate and violence. while looking stupid as fuck
Respectfully, the Packers are the FOOTBALL team, Tom. The Bucks are the basketball team and they won when Evers was the Governor.
And with all the respect it deserves (none) the President you betrayed America for is in the Epstein files for touching kids, you sick fuck.
