Spent over 10 mins trying to enter my tracking info on 4 different phone calls cos your robot kept cutting me off. Instead of putting me through to a human like any decent business you just get cut off!! Unreal. The WORST customer service ever!!!

@Hermesparcels How can I speak to a human when my parcel hasn't arrived with the purchaser? Sat at 'we've got it' for 2 weeks and your stupid robot autoresponse doesn't really care! Certainly will rethink using Hermes again to post things.

@HelloFreshUK I don't know if it was just my ingredients (hopefully) but our tofu massaman curry was horrendously salty, most ended up in the bin yet I still can taste the salt & feel sick. I followed the recipe exactly and didn't add any salt. I think it must be the stock powder

@BootsHelp So why haven't you emailed us all to tell us this?? I thought my parcel being 'expected' by Royal Mail for a week and a half was an isolated issue but clearly not. I wouldn't have wasted time trying to chase it up if you'd just told me it was delayed.
