@Channel4 @RNID I’ve been really enjoying watching Close to Me but sadly I’ve only been able to watch the first half of the series as Episode 4 out of 6 doesn’t have subtitles. Massively disappointing and utterly shameful of C4 for letting this happen.

@Channel4 It’s been 22 days now of no subtitles. Whilst it’s great that you say ‘When the problem is fixed, we will make sure all the programmes you have missed will be available with subtitles’, I’m not sure when I’m supposed to catch up on all these programmes! 😡

@Channel4 So frustrating! I feel that if C4 can’t provide services to everyone then should come off air until they can.

@Channel4 What are you doing Channel4?! It's been days. I cant follow your programmes; I'm hearing impaired, and there are no subtitles; like many, I rely on them. You've taken Bake Off and Gogglebox from us! If there was no sound I'm quite sure you'd have sorted this by now ...
