@easyJet how long should we wait for a response for a claim for compensation? We were told 24hours to a response when we sent it, but it’s been 48 hours with no response…

And now the flight is cancelled until tomorrow morning and my partner who is flying with me will loose money from work for not being there in the afternoon. Where can we go for compensation for this cancelled flight?

@easyJet you’ve messed us around today! Ok with a 2 1/2 hour delay but then been told a gate by the app, airport doesn’t have a gate, then sudden a maximum of 1 1/2 hour flight turns to 2 1/2 hours?! Make this make sense please!

@easyJet what is the best avenue to contact someone from yourselves about possible compensation for a flight delayed by at least 4 hours due to you rescheduling flights on the day? My family have had no contact by anyone at easy jet and have been at the airport since 7am!

@SF_England where do I find the form for DSA reimbursements for ink or paper? I emailed receipts to yourselves a few weeks ago but haven’t had a reply. Once I have the form I will re-send these emails. I cannot see the form anywhere on the website

@TfL my partner accidentally left his phone on the night tube last night. We have submitted a lost property form but is there a way of speaking to someone to see if it was found at the last station on the line which is just after where we last had it?

@TfL please can your buses actually turn up when they are meant to? I’ve been stood at a bus stop for 20mins with no bus and it was meant to be 10mins ago. I now stand the chance of being late to work. Seriously sort it out.
