@247homerescue the claim is in my husbands name and we’re sorting it but just to let your potential customers know that we’ve found out it’s 24/7 contact us but defo not 24/7 home rescue. No one can help on a Sunday or beyond 5pm in the week. Confirmed by your out of hours call staff.

@247homerescue more like “when we feel like it home rescue” No heating or hot water since 4pm last night, 2 kids, but earliest they can get here to fix the boiler is tomorrow (at least 36hrs later) 2nd time I’ve had to use them in an emergency and never visit straight away.

@superdrug You really need to give some staff training to your checkout staff at the leamington spa branch. My 16 year old daughter has just left your branch and called me in tear as some dragon behind the till made her feel like absolute trash for asking to put back some items.

@Coronation2023 Yep, as everyone else, was told “congratulations” you have been allocated 2 tickets as I have been successful in the ballot, Only to then be told it is first come first served 🤷🏻‍♀️ and all sold out, so it seems I was only successful in receiving a link to a queue!!
