@Plusnet as you used the phrase ‘ We believe we've now fully resolved your issue’ in regards to my complaint id like to make it clear you were absolutely useless, did nothing and I’d recommend everyone avoids you if they’d like to avoid going a month without broadband :)
@TheSeandk This is not what I needed for a Monday 🙃 someone found out I was 24 this morning, said ‘no way’ and then wouldn’t tell me why they were surprised by this 🥲
