@cillianharford@TheO2@CapitalOfficial She got tickets but queued for acesibility presale&was allocated general seating on the 4th tier which for her is physically challenging. She hasn’t received any support or acknowledgement of this which shows a disregard of accessibility requirements. Also, distress is subjective
my friend who is disabled has called your team over 200 times ahead of the Jingle Bell Ball event this Sunday as your team claim accessibility seats have ‘sold out’ forcing her in general seating. This is entirely immoral and has caused great distress @TheO2@CapitalOfficial
Can you guys please help get this sorted, she’s a big fan of Capital and shouldn’t have to worry about accessibility ‘selling out’. She‘s called everyday since getting the presale tickets and received no support @romankemp @Chris_Stark @Sianwelby@SonnyJay#CapitalJBB
Can you explain why your customer services team chooses to ignore this issue, as you can see in the videos? Your website claims you are a ‘fully accessible’ venue and a ‘gold standard’ for disabled people to access live music. @TheO2@CapitalOfficial@O2music
No asylum seeker ever made £29m from dodgy PPE, illegally fired an entire workforce, cut benefits for the disabled or put £500 a month on your mortgage
