Congratulations to all of you! Not only for the event today, but to also promoting empathy driven solutions. There is a need for such an approach as we create for the future and I'm excited about where #EmpathyJam will bring us 😊
But you showed us that with driving solutions with research and empathy leads to inspiring and innovative solutions. Congratulations again to everyone for showing up! We loved putting this together for you. Sincerely, @scopferbrace, @cruella_chivil, and @ririnagao.

We loved collaborating with @USDS and @NYCOpportunity to come up with today’s challenges. They were not easy. Interviewing users and getting them to open up about personal and sensitive subjects required a lot of courage and our participants were fearless!
