@ElDarkAngel2@queryofobserved@EmmaMrsecooper@MartinSLewis Some discounts providers give a decent discount at Aldi and Lidl, just depends who your employer uses. On that note I’m a Lidl shopper, do you have their app? They have savings on there!
@ElDarkAngel2@EmmaMrsecooper@MartinSLewis The discounts are separate to the cash pots. Typically on a level 1 for instance employees would get a pot of £60 to claim back across the year for dental and optical, some providers are higher and depending on company size these can be tailored.
@ElDarkAngel2@EmmaMrsecooper@MartinSLewis It doesn’t mean less wages, it means more money to use against everyday services. We should all be going to the dentist every 6 months for a check up, I’m sure we would all like a solution to claim the money back for that? Likewise with opticians, therapies and other benefits inc
@EmmaMrsecooper@MartinSLewis It’s is yes but it’s a low tax cost and the benefits far outweigh the taxable element. The benefits covered are typically Optical, Dental, Complimentary Therapies, Consultations, Test & Scans plus reimbursement on prescriptions, Vaccinations etc
@EmmaMrsecooper@MartinSLewis A cash plan! It gives employees a pot of money to use on everyday healthcare, discounts on retails and access to a virtual GP!
