@beaniemaxi I agree and it needs this reset or NFTs will just be a cringy, fringe, fraudulent blip in pop culture history. This tech is STILL too convoluted for widespread adoption.
Rep is so bad they cant be called NFTs anymore they need to come back as something else imo
@WayneHostilo@JonathanTurley Oh I get the point. My issue is with what is being called โfree speechโ. Elon is leveraging people conflating (understandably) two very different contexts and ideas to stoke anger. Your anger inherently benefits the business of Twitter.
@TJMoe28@elonmusk@clownworld Our culture has always been depraved and it has always been leading us to destruction. This is not new. It hasnโt become any worse than it always has been. Conservative politics loves for you to be angry anyway tho, even to the point of forgetting what the Gospel teaches on this
@mattykinsX @POTUS CNN is not going to support that idea either because it would be self defeating for them too. Again, itโs about prioritizing people and incentivizing companies to do so. Not in an extreme way with hard corrections, but carefully
@mattykinsX @POTUS The solution is companies that grow slower because they prioritize, by law, the wellbeing of their lowest employees in context of the economy. The reason you react the way you do to this is that corpos massively fund propaganda to combat that idea.
@mattykinsX @POTUS Yes, exactly. The numbers donโt make sense because Walmart has too many employees who they cannot hope to pay reasonably. COMPANIES DO NOT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEE PAY. They strive to secure CHEAP labor of vulnerable people bc they are incentivized to do so. This too is a problem.
@mattykinsX @POTUS Corporate profit margins must shrink. Interest must continue to come up and laws must be made to control corporate greed. Companies should absolutely NOT be recording record profits in a time of inflation while employee pay is static.
@mattykinsX @POTUS I also need to apologize for the name calling I did earlier. Thatโs not productive nor befitting of discussions like this. Iโm sorry for that.
@mattykinsX @POTUS This leadership is disproportionally paid, so much so that it has absolutely contributed to the problem that wages have not kept pace with the cost of living, which I agree is inflating for other reasons.
@mattykinsX @POTUS No man, Iโm saying corporate America as a whole needs to pay their employees more and worry about their profit margins less. Wages have not scaled with cost of living and that is squarely because employers are no longer paying employees reasonably.
@mattykinsX @POTUS I didnโt say that caused inflation, dickhead. I said itโs the reason Americans are relying on credit. Modern capitalism over-incentivizes protecting profit margins over human beings. Itโs horribly broken, like your brain.
