@BladeoftheS If you're on a bike and someone gets out of their car in a confrontational way - for heavens sake get off the bike. You're a sitting duck for a dick move like this. Put the bike between yourself and the aggressor.
@SjamieIt And as I've commented before. Someone gets out of their car and come towards you in an aggressive manner, you get off your bike and have your hands up ready to block. He could have easily dropped you.
@TheMaymar@fietsprofessor@RangeRover At 1.7m wide, the Capri was wide for it's time. The 70s equivalent of the Puma, the Escort was 1.6m wide. Cars have been increasing steadily in size since the late 70s. Parking bays and streets haven't.
@speckled_jim2@fietsprofessor@RangeRover Perspective aside, that's still a significant increase. Modern range rovers are becoming too wide for narrow country lanes in the UK (some have width restrictions of 2m).
@SjamieIt If someone gets out of their car like that, get off your bike. Don't let them get within touching distance. That guy could have easy dropped you.
