@zaidkdahhaj I haven’t worn my glasses in so long that it feels weird to put them on, almost as if they are too strong for me. I still don’t have 20/20 but it feels better without them and I don’t get headaches
@upzen_@zaidkdahhaj I had the same issue, ended up getting these and it has been fine ever since
Only issue it doesn’t look very aesthetic

@kieralwellness My gym has this little construction area with full sun exposure. Every rest I go there and it feels so much better than being under the leds. I would pay 10x for an outdoor gym with solid equipment but there are none near me unfortunately.
There are so many finer details here
Sunscreen blocks UV-B, responsible for D3 production, which is protective against all forms of cancer
Sunbathing with direct skin in the game produces endogenous mitochondrial melatonin = anti-cancer
Circadian disruption causes cancer, including all forms of skin cancer
Sun-avoidance means sub-optimal D3 and melatonin, which disrupts autophagy and apoptosis - two key cancer protecting processes in the body
Circadian disruption of the skin clocks leads to disruption in how the skin functions
Isolated blue light and non-native EMF are real contributors to skin cancer
Only the tip of the iceberg
@helios_brah@HeirOfSigma@halsonissen@SolBrah@DrJackKruse It’s the same principles, uv 12 yesterday and I didn’t burn even after an entire day out. Just made sure to put on clothes and a hat or go in shade for a break then go back out after.
@zaidkdahhaj I just had to redownload the app and the option came up. You have helped me for free in the replies many times so I’m glad to help out when I can.
