Conscription under the Mullahs' regime was forced survival, not political alignment.
Refusal meant complete civil exclusion. Canadian policy must not mischaracterize former conscripts as IRGC affiliates.

Passing Bill C-350 establishes a clear, fair distinction between true perpetrators and victims seeking survival and freedom. Please reconsider the practice of penalizing innocent former Iranian conscripts
