I created a Simplicity transaction for @Liquid_BTC and got it into the first block it was active (#3 477 600)
Here's how I did it.

@cguida6@sethforprivacy@SuperTestnet But for the destination to plausibly be a trampoline node, the min_final_cltv_expiry_delta would need to be something substantial. I doubt the typical invoice sets that beyond the minimum. Maybe they should be fuzzed for sender privacy.
Internet friends, I’m hosting another Programming Lightning alpha workshop at the stunning @PresidioBitcoin later this month.
If you’re interested in learning about Lightning and providing feedback to make the final version of this course unfathomably beautiful, please fill out the form below.
This course is a hands-on, in-depth introduction to Lightning. We’ll start with the basics (output scripts, timelocks, mempool policy) and build our way to the famous HTLC.
It's the 4th anniversary of the #RunningBitcoinChallenge! Run, walk, hike, or roll 21.1 km/13.1 mi with @runningBTC21K to raise awareness in memory of legendary cypherpunk @HalFin. Gather your friends, raise funds, and win cool prizes at https://t.co/SOFbMOzrTV.
@Snyke How about supporting your local Cuda core manufacturer and running mistral instruct yourself? Getting everyone dependent on a centralized AI provider is kind of a spooky thought.
@dka218 Sure, you're just counting on the mempool having a backlog and miners acting rationally (and not mining your unprofitable, possibly incorrect tx anyway.) Also, you would have to feel confident you can RBF back to yourself if something goes wrong.
Say hello to the first 0-fee lightning commitment transaction, made possible by Bitcoin Core 28 (with v3 transactions and pay-to-anchor): https://t.co/SYuxTP3IzH
This wouldn't be possible without all the hard work from @glozow and @theinstagibbs, and it will even get better!
Take the leap into building on Bitcoin's open-source layer-2 infrastructure with @Core_LN bounties!
Handpicked from the project's good_first_issue tags, these tasks meaningfully improve the CLN project and are suitable for those new to building on #Bitcoin
PR freeze for CLN 24.08 is August 5, so get started. ⬇️
I helped launch an updated https://t.co/ngeVP4Rl3h! https://t.co/EoElboLaeE
If you're into #bitcoin, why should you care about BOLT 12? Well, I'll tell you why I care about it. 🧵/
The v24.05 release of Core Lightning, codenamed "The Infinitely Divisible Satoshi," is now final!

Dandelion broadcasting is a clever concept. Cool tech like this reminds me to be grateful for the lightning network's openness to new experimental features. Want some interesting new privacy tech (even if it isn't perfect)? Go for it. It's always okay to be odd!
Bitcoin is not privacy software, but there are still improvements we can make to complicate the surveillance of transactions. One such improvement is Dandelion++.
While originally rejected due to denial of service concerns, and then again discarded due to complexity, it could prove fundamental in preserving the censorship resistance of bitcoin transactions in light of the arrests of non-custodial service providers for the broadcasting of transactions originating from undesirable jurisdictions and activities.
