Long pending demand of engrs of GoTN is to fix minimum qualification for appointment in execution position in engg depts as BE. The Govt should accede, in the interest of the State and to tap the potential of latest technology. @AssnTn @EngineersNadu

But official committees in the place of pay commissions do not do this. In the name of pay scale to pay scale approach, they avoid cadre review. Result: encouragement of talent and efficiency of administration are lost @AssnTn @EngineersNadu 2/2
