@AFVRec_ I just saw these types incorporated into some of our collective training events. They really cause confusion, multiple reporting in urban terrain, and that transition area between urban and more open terrain. They look more real in IFV and Tank thermal or IR sites.

A simple title. You can teach a lesson. You can learn a lesson - to me a gain. Hopefully worth the price. Unless learning has to come with some failure & that is the lesson. Also means to diminish, become less. Maybe more is less. A great book about piano lessons, love & aging.

@cullen_downey @CADPATHeathen Well, there wasn’t the requirement for a CANFORGEN for hairstyle or dress regs because our literacy rate wasn’t so good. Actually there wasnt a lot of rules. We called ourselves more by occupation: foodies, ride jocks, and jointees. The circus guys were kinda on their own.

My wife took this photo yesterday in Jerusalem outside the tomb of christ. The Ukrainian party had made a pilgrimage and now face a threat at home they didn’t believe possible. She found it profoundly sad but somehow defiantly hopeful in the simpleness of its gesture.

@LawnDart748 @3rdBnRCR @2CMBG2GBMC @4CdnDiv4DivCA That can do damage in MR. there was a really good Wargame from I think the 80s called a Fist Full of TOW. Changes the calculus when you know there is a fist out there that you can’t account for in your kill sheet because of its low wins signature.

Ishiguro: all the restraint that adds tension to even the most artificial of characters in a sci-fi world populated by artificial friends more empathetic than the human characters. Some deep disrupting and sad aspects. Good read.
