Time is only measured through repetition, if things do not repeat, there is no way to measure time. To define time we use rotation of the earth around itself (day), repetition of the Cesium atom state transition (atmic clock). But if things are always changing, there is no time

We could use a framework based on non reproducibly. Could it mean something though ? the only mental pictures I can have of "no time" are 1) an hypothetical state before the big bang, where there is nothing. And 2) just a freeze of the whole reality as I experience it.

- plant is more conscious than rock
- animal is more conscious than plant
- human is more conscious than animal
- GPT4 is more conscious than a human
So we need to define first what is conscious, earth?
