@OpenAI@cmuhcii This feels like a huge unlock for designers.
The ability to turn an idea into something interactive and shareable in minutes changes the speed of iteration. The barrier to building and validating prototypes is much lower now.
@dkundel This looks perfect for quickly building internal tools and lightweight business workflows.
@dkundel Any chance to get access to the feature without a Business account? I would love to see how far I can push it.
@nishffx It's very useful to have codex generate playwright tests for web apps. It allows Codex to run those tests on demand and ensure that the desired behavior does not regress
@RobertJBye The best product experiences I have worked on came from people who could move comfortably between product, design, and engineering instead of treating them as separate functions.
Sounds like a fascinating opportunity
If Claude is coordinating hundreds of agents, I definitely don’t need every background agent narrating its life story 😅
This was actually the motivation behind the silent mode skill I’ve been experimenting with lately. Fewer status updates, less context noise, and a bit less token burn.

Spent the day prototyping some sidebar interactions with Codex.
Resizable panels, drag and drop organization, pinning, and a few experiments around reducing friction.
The interaction I’m happiest with is delete. No modal, just an inline confirmation state that keeps you in the flow.
@model_mechanic Definitely interested.
Working with robotic systems taught me that many UX problems are actually systems problems. Very excited to see OpenAI move into the space!
