I am at the point where I want to cancel my account and file a chargeback and a complaints with the FCC and BBB. Verizon used to have great customer service and sadly this issue leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth going forward even if resolved quickly. Can a manager call me?

They got out in front of this for a reason. I think that reason is to create the air of impropriety and illegitimacy for any actions taken by the trump administration that would reveal what really happened in 2016.

What if this whistleblower is part of the FISA abuse report. Are the state department people who are also going to be implicated in the report, planning to use the trump is a dictator/this is all political retaliation? A shield to avoid all questions about what happened in 2016?
