Awesome view of speed, connection to kaizen or rapid improvement events. As well, a connection to a way of working that includes leaders setting and testing expectations for adherence to agreed standard (adhering to definition of done, etc)
Can paperwork be fun?

@agileschools@mattbarcomb In support of @agileschools: Reality seems to me to be much more informative than opinion…Wonder if logjam could also be framed up as “let’s run a experiment”…but still need to pick one to start (I’m good with growing a team’s capability/ authority over time…so leader pick!)
@agileschools Great point. I think education and advice is necessary. I think deliberate practice with feedback from a coach enable further, faster, longer results.
@hrzate With sudden news of Moon Rabbit’s closing on 5/22, I called restaurant to express condolences and check on Tuesday’s events…they are confirming AAPI’s cocktail class will be held on Tuesday, but no food is being provided. #aapicocktailweek
I just completed the ZSA Suicide Awareness Training. I now feel confident I could have a difficult conversation with someone who may be facing suicidal thoughts.

X : How will GPT-4 affect organisational structure?
Me : The changes in organisations were already occuring - https://t.co/BAde7zrmJh ... think of these new tools as enablers of some of these changes i.e. distributed or "leaderless" leadership where everyone is in charge.
@agileschools Other activities that are not customer value add would be some type of waste—could be business required, but customer non value added; and then everything else as non value added or pure waste. Small fraction of activities are customer value added (depending upon industry)
@agileschools “Lean thinking” talks about “customer value add” activity as requiring 3 attributes: some type of transformation (physical or information/decision); done right the first time (no rework); and if the customer knew about the activity, they would be willing to pay for it.
