Henry Nowak died the same way a civilization dies: abandoned, handcuffed by authorities who neither trusted nor cared for him, and accused of hate crimes he did not commit. His murder is as tragic as it is enraging. He should still be alive today, and he would be if the last few generations of European elites had stood their ground against the politics of self-hatred and the mass invasion of migrants, many of whom despise the West and the people who love it.

Henry was far from the first to so needlessly lose his life, and I fear he won’t be the last. Each time a life like his is lost, the proper response—the only response—is righteous anger. One of the most important things the Trump administration has proven to the world is that stopping the flow of mass migration and defending national sovereignty is a matter of political will and leadership. Anything else is an excuse.

It is because we love the West that we want to preserve it. We love our civilization. We love our country. We love our children. And nobody—nobody—should ever die the way that Henry Nowak died. May God comfort those who loved him, and may God rest his soul.

As China’s manufactured goods trade surplus shatters records at a staggering $1.2 trillion, the rest of the world is frantically trying to erect economic defenses. The European Union has already retaliated with heavy anti-subsidy tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles, while leading economists warn of potentially "catastrophic" impacts on American automotive, semiconductor, and robotics industries if overcapacity is left unchecked. Despite these severe warnings, political responses remain dangerously volatile. During a May 2026 summit in Beijing, Donald Trump offered mixed signals by softening his previous tariff stance, calling Xi a "friend," and establishing a "board of trade". Ultimately, unless Beijing shifts away from absolute state control to boost domestic consumption, rampant nationalism and rising global protectionism risk weakening economies everywhere.

It is absolutely infuriating to watch American taxpayers unknowingly fund the very research that could allow a hostile foreign adversary to defeat us in the modern space race. A shocking congressional investigation has just exposed that NASA-funded researchers may have violated federal law hundreds of times by engaging in joint research with China, handing over critical scientific breakthroughs.

The House Select Committee on the CCP revealed a systemic breakdown in research security, uncovering hundreds of scientific publications where U.S. researchers collaborated with Chinese institutions. Even worse, some of this joint work directly involved entities tied to China's defense industrial base, including the "Seven Sons of National Defense"—a cluster of universities with deep ties to the People's Liberation Army. This unapproved cooperation occurred in highly sensitive fields like hypersonics, autonomous systems, and advanced aerospace engineering, directly fueling Beijing's military-civil fusion priorities.

Since 2011, the Wolf Amendment has strictly prohibited NASA from using federal funds for joint research or coordination with China without explicit congressional authorization or FBI certification. Universities cannot credibly claim ignorance, as NASA's public guidance has explicitly defined co-authorship as banned bilateral collaboration for over a decade. Yet, elite institutions like Stanford and Arizona State University allegedly submitted false certifications claiming zero Chinese ties on an active grant, only for a co-authored publication to expose undisclosed Chinese affiliations.

The report highlights alarming examples of academic exploitation, including a University of Delaware professor who hid his participation in China's "Thousand Talents Program" while helping Beijing develop a synthetic aperture radar satellite. In response to these devastating gaps, NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman admitted that past safeguards were completely unacceptable and promised aggressive compliance overhauls. As Congress pushes for a joint NASA Inspector General and Department of Justice task force to investigate potential fraud, America is learning the hard way that our open research system is being actively weaponized to sabotage our leadership in space.
