₹22,006 करोड़ के दावे के सामने सिर्फ ₹6.5 करोड़!

सुभाष चंद्रा के repayment plan को लेकर सामने आए आंकड़े बेहद चौंकाने वाले हैं।

लेनदारों के ₹22,006.57 करोड़ के admitted claims के मुकाबले मंजूर योजना में कुल भुगतान सिर्फ ₹6.5 करोड़, जिसमें ₹6.25 करोड़ creditors के लिए और ₹25 लाख प्रक्रिया लागत के लिए हैं।

यानी लगभग 0.03% recovery और करीब 99.97% haircut।

मसलन, LIC Housing Finance का admitted claim लगभग ₹1,322 करोड़ बताया गया है, जबकि उसे मिलने वाली राशि करीब ₹38 लाख है।

सबसे बड़ा सवाल यही है, ₹22 हजार करोड़ से अधिक के दावों की स्थिति सिर्फ ₹6.5 करोड़ की repayment तक कैसे पहुंची??

और इस भारी haircut का वास्तविक आर्थिक बोझ आखिर कौन उठाता है, बैंक, वित्तीय संस्थान, उनके निवेशक या अंततः आम जनता?

IBC की प्रक्रिया में creditors की commercial wisdom महत्वपूर्ण है, लेकिन इतने बड़े आंकड़े सामने हों तो सार्वजनिक जवाबदेही और पारदर्शिता पर सवाल उठना स्वाभाविक है।

₹22,006 करोड़ → ₹6.5 करोड़

यह सिर्फ एक settlement नहीं, बल्कि IBC व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़ा करने वाला आंकड़ा है।
