@caddietales Your course is so visibly decisiving that a person that deems themselves “a good golfer” can talk themselves into making REALLYbad decisions. When I played it I was under no such delusions. Our caddy could have told me to use a shotgun and I would have asked “what Gauge?”🤣🤣
@WGMorrow@palehorse24660 Yeah. Our portion of the Checz border was “soft”. The fences were 5k to 10k inside the barber poles. When people broke the fence they were not sure how far to the actual border they had to go. Most got caught before they got across
@WGMorrow@palehorse24660 Yup 86. It was up in 1st Squadrons zone. Down in our sector there was a retired BGS Col who was shot while attempting to assist some border jumpers who “just happened to come across” where he was taking an evening stroll
@Schwalm5132 Then we got on the dirt it was Where do I put Sgt Jackson’s op. Where is 2nd platoon going to dig in there tanks. What is our exit route to the Escarpment. That is different Sh*t
@Schwalm5132 I commanded Iron Troop of 3/2 ACR out GDP was the southern half of the Fulda Gap. We did numerous GDP visits to our deployment sites. I did numerous “tabletop exercises”’ where I was Patton
@John_Fanta Been to 5 Derbies and loved them all even in crappy weather. Been to stuff all over the US and Europe and the derby is one of the few things that lives up to the hype
@JustinMacmahan One thing to keep in mind is that even the “long shot” in the Derby beat a whole bunch of horses just to get there. The Odds are relative to the field and horses can’t read the bet sheets they just run
@ChadDKollas@Publix So obviously none of you remember the absolute a$$ kicking pharmacies took during the Oxicodone crackdown. The expectation was that pharmacists become forensic scientists to determine was the script real and was the prescriber was legit. Cost Walgreens and CVS BILLIONS
@nickatnocap@ericcrawford I saw “Cal” and my first thought was “what the heck is going on in Arkansas? They opened the bank for Calipari!” Then I saw ACC and went “Oh” 🤣🤣🤣
