If you are star health customer high time to run..
See How they are so rude and unethical 👇
1. Star Health Is Now saying 45 Days Clause which was not there in policy wording till day before yesterday.
2. From today - Star website we can see new clause added for same illness waiting period 45 days.
3. Yesterday they updated that 45 days waiting period clause effective date from 16th April 2026.
4. No Information shared with clients and intermediary.
5. Yesterday Claim Rejected stating that 45 days clause .. which does not apply in this case as this hospitalisations are before 16th April without communication.
@StarHealthIns@ANANDSROY If this is not addressed by you properly. Ready for Legal Battle and ready to pay with additional amount of harassment compensation.

Why we never Recommend Star Health
Sadly, Mr. Narang is no longer with us.. But his family's fight for a fair claim settlement continues.
This is one of the cases our team is currently pursuing.
The family had a Star Health Assure Insurance Policy with a ₹10 lakh Sum Insured and an Unlimited Restoration Benefit.
During his battle with Oral Cancer, he underwent three continuous hospitalizations.
1st Hospitalization SunAct Cancer Institute 03 February 2026 – 26 February 2026 Hospital Bill: ₹9,80,106 Approved: ₹2,01,106 Deducted: ₹7,79,000
2nd Hospitalization Tieten Medicity 27 February 2026 - 09 March 2026 (Admitted just one day after discharge from the first hospitalization.) Hospital Bill: ₹10,88,745 Approved: ₹7,98,894 (After applicable non-payables, network discount and age-based co-pay.)
3rd Hospitalization Tieten Medicity 24 March 2026 – 06 April 2026 Hospital Bill: ₹10,68,550 Initially, the claim was rejected, stating that the Sum Insured had been exhausted.
The family pointed out that their policy includes an Unlimited Restoration Benefit.
Only after they raised the issue was the claim reconsidered. Final approval? ₹1,97,084. Total Total Hospital Bills: ₹30,37,401 Total Approved: ₹11,97,084 The family is still seeking a clause-based explanation for the balance amount.
Their questions are simple:-
•If the policy provides Unlimited Restoration Benefit, how was the second & third claim calculated?
•Why was the claim initially rejected due to exhaustion of the Sum Insured?
•Which exact policy clause supports the deductions? If restoration was restricted, where is that restriction mentioned in the policy wording?
These are not unreasonable questions.
No family battling cancer should also have to battle uncertainty over claim calculations.
No spouse who has just lost her husband should be left wondering whether the policy they trusted was applied exactly as written.
We have requested Star Health to provide a clear, clause-wise calculation for all three claims and to reassess them in accordance with the policy terms.
This isn't just about one claim.
It's about transparency, accountability, and ensuring that every policyholder receives what the insurance contract promises.
We'll continue standing with this family until they receive a clear and fair resolution in favour of insured.

Dear @RailMinIndia@IRCTCofficial,
Need clarification on two points regarding PNR 4139002538, Train 22691 Rajdhani Exp, DOJ: 23-Jun-2026 (Bengaluru–Nagpur).
1) During ticket checking, the TTE asked me to accompany him to the pantry coach, where there were no other passengers, and explained that I had to pay an additional ₹7,035, which I did not understand. When I started recording the interaction for my personal safety and future reference, I was told that I could not record videos. Is a passenger not allowed to record interactions with railway staff in such circumstances? If recording is permitted, kindly clarify this to staff.
2 ) My original fare was ₹3,589.05. While booking, I mistakenly entered my age as 1 year instead of 24 years. This was a genuine error, and even if I had entered 24 years, the fare would have remained exactly the same, as I did not avail any concession or discounted fare. I also carried valid government ID proofs matching my name and identity. Despite this, I was charged an additional ₹7,035 as "WITHOUT TICKET", taking my total travel cost to ₹10,624.05. Is this charge in accordance with Railway rules?
I have the ticket, EFT details, payment proof, photos and recordings, and can share them if required. @RailwaySeva@AshwiniVaishnaw@SWRLY@drmsbc

My aunt passed away on 29 May in Delhi at the age of 85. I applied for her death certificate on 4 June. The application was rejected once, all requested documents were resubmitted, and since then there has been been no progress.
What is particularly troubling is that during follow-up, I was allegedly asked for a bribe, and officials have made unreasonable demands such as asking for her children to verify her death (she was unmarried) or for her father to verify it. Her younger sibling is 81 and immobile, while my father is 89.
This is not just about one death certificate. It is about the experience ordinary citizens face when dealing with public services. If an educated family with resources is struggling, I can only imagine what less privileged citizens go through.
I have already filed a complaint through the @LtGovDelhi Listening Post platform, but several previous complaints related to civic services remain unresolved. Complaint ID 2026016323
Requesting @MCD_Delhi, @gupta_rekha and @CMODelhi to look into this matter, ensure accountability, and help expedite a process that should not be this difficult for grieving families.
