1. I travelled via SG2450, PNR - JI2FGK, 3 members and we had booked spicemax. In the flight there were no meals or drink services. At the time of boarding there was no priority boarding for us. I spoke to Air hostesses regarding food and drink, they said you will get a refund. I am suffering from Diabetes and with Diabetes medicine taken morning and evening - I need to eat meals at the right time. Spicejet - despite us paying for meals and drinks - refused the service without any prior information. This is totally unprofessional and could have been a health risk for me. 

2. I wrote an email for a refund, but no reply has come. I called customer care who took a complaint but no reply has come from there. 

3. Today, 7th September again I am travelling via SG2442, FGBBKA, I called customer care, they are not sure if we will get the meals. They are not sure of anything.

We have paid INR 4500 + 4500 for both sectors, a total of INR 9000. As per spicemax following services are given, pls see official screenshot below:

1. Extra Leg Room - GIVEN
2. Priority Services - NOT GIVEN, DESPITE ASKING THE TEAM FOR THE SAME
3. MEAL AND BEVERAGE - NOT GIVEN
4. Welcome Drink - NOT GIVEN
5. Refreshing Towel - NOT GIVEN
6. Pillow and Blanket - NOT GIVEN

5 out of 6 committed services not give. Email for refund was sent on 2nd September 2026 (see screenshot), no reply has come, no action happened and today is 7th sep 2026.

Spicejet is most unprofessional organisation, as money is taken, no services and no refund and no communication is there. @DGCAIndia pls take strict action, as they are putting Diabetic passengers like me to medical risk, they need to communicate to me, if meal is booked, if it will be served or not!! @MoCA_GoI pls take action, they are cheats and openly doing this, how can you allow them to fly in India?

@DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI - these nodal officers, number does not even work, pls try calling, and they never reply on emails, they are making a mockery of the law in India

@rustybrick Frequent Core Updates raise concerns about their effectiveness, especially since Google hasn't resolved existing issues. After the Dec 9 Indexing Issue, our websites experienced a notable traffic drop from Google Search, particularly in the news category.
