Dear PM @narendramodi your colleagues in Haryana and Gurgaon are doing everything possible to ensure BJP doesn’t win Haryana next time.

Gurgaon is a global embarrassment. It’s a shame that despite it generating 70% of Haryana’s Revenue; being a BJP local and national govt; and such close proximity to Delhi; with tremendous visibility due to the halt of international companies present in Gurgaon; NOBODY CARES!

The corruption, incompetence and arrogance of State govt officials, local authorities, and BJP MPs is beyond explanation.

Blocking an X account is a personal choice. But when an elected representative MLA Gurugram is presented with evidence of gross civic neglect by a citizens’ collective working to improve civic conditions and public health and that collective is blocked for showing the reality, while a citizen asking questions about what has actually changed is blocked too -that is worrying.

Several Gurugram residents also responded to our posts by sharing photographs of conditions in their own areas.

“Badalta Gurgaon” is fine.

But where is the change in the gross civic neglect that continues to cause genuine hardship and health risks?

Overflowing garbage, waste burning, open sewage, waterlogging, broken roads, unsafe pedestrian infrastructure, indiscriminate dumping and the year-round burden of dhool and dhuaan are realities that residents continue to face.

Today, I asked Gurugram MLA Mukesh Sharma Ji some direct questions.

What exactly has changed on the ground?

I asked for data on what has actually been delivered and suggested an open public debate with citizens and independent experts.

My personal X account was then blocked by the MLA’s official handle. Our citizens’ collective, @CleanAirBharat, was also blocked for showing the reality.

I am not offended at being blocked. But the fact that it seems an elected representative is unwilling to hear bona fide civic concerns, examine the evidence and engage with citizens who are investing their own time and effort in trying to improve their city is worrying.

You cannot meaningfully solve a problem unless you first acknowledge it isn’t it?!

If Gurugram is changing, show us the measurable results not just footage of buildings and highways 😢

Following the amazing reaction to the Marble Curriculum yesterday, we've decided to make it open source 🛰️👇

Everything a child learns in primary school. 1,590 concepts. 3,221 connections across 8 subjects, from Math and Science to Computing and Life Skills. Anchored in the US and UK curriculums, standard by standard (NGSS, Common Core, DfE).

What you will find in the repo: every concept as structured JSON with its age band and the evidence a child must show to master it. Every prerequisite link marked hard or soft, with a written rationale. It's a true DAG you can compute learning paths on. Open license, you can build whatever you want with it.

Now is a unique time in history to be building in education. Getting AI and kids education right is likely one of the hardest and most important problems to crack over the next decade and we need as many smart and creative minds behind it.

We think a common solid basis, accessible to all and that can be built upon, is critical to move fast. That's why we're making this curriculum open source.

It's not perfect but we know it's a robust basis, and we believe that sharing it openly is the fastest way to progress in this field. If you're building in education, share this around you and tell us in comments if you find this useful and if you want to contribute.

Even by the standards of a country ranking 157 of 180 nations in the World Press Freedom Index, the reaction of the authorities to the ‘Cockroach Janata Party’ is beyond extraordinary. The public response to that imaginative prank should have signalled to them a deep discontent, even distress, among young people. Instead, as The Indian Express reported, it was framed as jeopardising the country’s ‘national security’ and ‘posing a threat to the sovereignty of India.’ Decades ago, the Malaysian lawyer and poet Cecil Rajendra wrote this brilliant poem that captures the idiocy of it better than any pompous editorialising could (not that our ‘mainstream’ media would dare do even that much).

Recorded this today around 7 pm (19/05/2026) in and around Sector 50 & Nirvana Country, Gurugram, extending toward Sector 65. After noticing very poor air conditions, I drove roughly 1.5 km through the area for a wider check.

What I saw on ground is hard to process.

The worst conditions were concentrated around Sector 65, blanketed in dust - multiple active construction sites and large projects with effectively zero dust control measures. Along with this, broken and unpaved stretches and constant movement of vehicles over loose soil are creating continuous dust clouds. In several areas visibility dropped so badly that cars were using fog lights in broad daylight.

Respected @CAQM_Official ,@CPCB_OFFICIAL and @HspcbN kindly note this is not normal dust or routine construction impact. It is uncontrolled dust pollution in a densely populated residential belt. The dust clouds are enveloping our areas. Neither the project proponents nor the public land-owning / road maintenance authorities appear to be making any effort to contain this massive dust generation, nor are they complying with basic construction dust containment guidelines (NGT norms).
This is especially severe around Sector 65, directly impacting facing sectors like 49,50,51, 64, 67 and also worsened by dug-up stretches along GCER, turning the entire belt into a continuous dust zone. This is directly affecting residents and school-going children along these roads. 7 prominent schools in and around these sectors !

With GRAP Stage 1 now imposed by the Commission for Air Quality Management, enforcement is supposed to be stricter. But what is visible on ground is clear non-compliance.

This needs immediate inspection and strict enforcement. Stop Work Where Norms Are Being Violated . Dust control is a necessity it cannot be optional in a residential zone.

Last quarter I rolled out Microsoft Copilot to 4,000 employees.

$30 per seat per month.

$1.4 million annually.

I called it "digital transformation."

The board loved that phrase.

They approved it in eleven minutes.

No one asked what it would actually do.

Including me.

I told everyone it would "10x productivity."

That's not a real number.

But it sounds like one.

HR asked how we'd measure the 10x.

I said we'd "leverage analytics dashboards."

They stopped asking.

Three months later I checked the usage reports.

47 people had opened it.

12 had used it more than once.

One of them was me.

I used it to summarize an email I could have read in 30 seconds.

It took 45 seconds.

Plus the time it took to fix the hallucinations.

But I called it a "pilot success."

Success means the pilot didn't visibly fail.

The CFO asked about ROI.

I showed him a graph.

The graph went up and to the right.

It measured "AI enablement."

I made that metric up.

He nodded approvingly.

We're "AI-enabled" now.

I don't know what that means.

But it's in our investor deck.

A senior developer asked why we didn't use Claude or ChatGPT.

I said we needed "enterprise-grade security."

He asked what that meant.

I said "compliance."

He asked which compliance.

I said "all of them."

He looked skeptical.

I scheduled him for a "career development conversation."

He stopped asking questions.

Microsoft sent a case study team.

They wanted to feature us as a success story.

I told them we "saved 40,000 hours."

I calculated that number by multiplying employees by a number I made up.

They didn't verify it.

They never do.

Now we're on Microsoft's website.

"Global enterprise achieves 40,000 hours of productivity gains with Copilot."

The CEO shared it on LinkedIn.

He got 3,000 likes.

He's never used Copilot.

None of the executives have.

We have an exemption.

"Strategic focus requires minimal digital distraction."

I wrote that policy.

The licenses renew next month.

I'm requesting an expansion.

5,000 more seats.

We haven't used the first 4,000.

But this time we'll "drive adoption."

Adoption means mandatory training.

Training means a 45-minute webinar no one watches.

But completion will be tracked.

Completion is a metric.

Metrics go in dashboards.

Dashboards go in board presentations.

Board presentations get me promoted.

I'll be SVP by Q3.

I still don't know what Copilot does.

But I know what it's for.

It's for showing we're "investing in AI."

Investment means spending.

Spending means commitment.

Commitment means we're serious about the future.

The future is whatever I say it is.

As long as the graph goes up and to the right.
