@TrevorLane Hard for him to look good on the offensive end when he doesn’t have a legit playmaker. Would have liked to see better defense against Yaxel.
@LakersLegacyPod Might be. Only $13 mil guaranteed. Was thinking he could make sense for us. But just seems like his injuries really messed him up. Couldn’t get off the bench for Houston.
@LVstackiN DFS contract is not guaranteed the next two seasons. So essentially it’s $13 mil expiring. Took 3 2nd rd picks to get off that contract. Vando is owed $24 mil.
@PlayoffDude PJ would be my top choice over Rui and Kuminga. I like the potential of Kuminga, just don’t trust his maturity to buy into being a high level role player. PJ would know his role and do it at a high level.
New post on Third Apron:
After a year of planning, the Lakers have their post-LeBron James era roster.
On the Walker Kessler trade, how they will structure their moves with cap space, how they could make additional trades, and what's next for the Jazz.

@GreyRaj_ I think we have a good opportunity to pitch free agents who play the 3/4. There’s an opportunity to start on a team that wants to contend. They’ll get clean shots created by Luka. Just come show us you can defend and hit open 3s and you have a chance to get paid next season.
@pelinkaburner Good call. Could be given a starting role as the defensive wing we need with a chance to showcase talent and get a bigger contract the following season.
@JoeArrigo_@P_MATIC@Lakers They only addressed one weakness, rim protection, while not addressing perimeter defense. Theres still time to work. It’ll be best to assess when it’s all done.
@LakersLegacyPod Not a bad idea if we believe in the defense and that the offense can come around. I think they’ll go the vet min route with some of the defensive players still available.
