was purchasing data and @MTNNG credited me with data I didn't buy and threw my balance to negative . Called @MTNNG and was told I have to go offline for 24hrs for it to be resolved. bringng this disservice to your notice @fccpcnigeria@NgComCommission@bosuntijani
