Though I love America, Europe is forced to distance itself. There are too many crazy statements out there, and nobody seems to do anything.
John McCaine taking the mic from the woman spewing lies and conspiracy theories is the America that I love.
Senate Republicans advanced a bill last night that would send even more money to an out-of-control ICE.
It also wouldn’t stop the administration from distributing $2 billion to the people who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6.

Open Letter
To the President of the Russian Federation
From the President of Ukraine
When you came to power in Russia more than 26 years ago, many people in Ukraine viewed you positively. That is how it was. But that is now in the past.
Now, the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians view it positively that our long-range drones paid a visit to the opening of your forum in St. Petersburg, covering a distance of more than 1,000 kilometers. As you know very well, that distance is not the limit of our capabilities.
BREAKING: A federal judge is now signaling the Trump administration’s so-called “weaponization fund” may have emerged from collusive litigation and could potentially amount to fraud on the court.
That is nuclear-level language from a judge.
“Fraud on the court” is not normal criticism.
It is reserved for situations where a court believes it may have been manipulated, misled, or used as part of a coordinated scheme.
And the judge reportedly pointed to two giant red flags:
- the massive $1.8 billion settlement amount
- and concerns the opposing sides may not have actually been acting as true adversaries
Translation?
The court is openly questioning whether this lawsuit was partially engineered to create a taxpayer-funded political compensation machine.
That is an absolutely extraordinary development.
Our new long-range sanctions – and this is 500 kilometers from our state border. We are rightfully bringing the war back to where it came from. Russia could have ended its aggression long ago, but instead chose to prolong and continue it. So another facility of Russia’s oil industry has been reached – Armavir, Krasnodar Krai.
I thank our Security Service warriors for this result. What matters is that, step by step, we are carrying out our plan of long-range sanctions – in response to everything Russia is doing against our country and our people. All forms of our sanctions – legal and entirely practical long-range ones – are working to bring peace closer. Thank you for your precision!
BREAKING: NOT SO FAST! Federal judge reopens Trump’s IRS case and demands to know if her court was defrauded.
Judge Kathleen Williams has had enough.
In a brief but devastating order Friday, the federal judge in Miami reopened Donald Trump's $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS — a case Trump had voluntarily dismissed last week specifically to avoid her scrutiny — and ordered Trump's lawyers to explain by June 12th why she shouldn't find that the entire scheme was a fraud perpetrated against her court.
The judge's language was pointed and precise. She said she wanted to investigate "grievous allegations" that the deal to resolve the case was "premised on deception." She asserted that she was "empowered to investigate serious misconduct" and demanded answers to two devastating questions: was "the court the victim of a fraud," and did Trump collude with his own government to settle the case specifically "to avoid judicial scrutiny"?
The answer to both questions, based on everything that has already been reported, appears to be yes.
Judge Williams had been circling this case for weeks before Trump pulled it. She had openly questioned how Trump could sue an agency he controls, with government lawyers who answer to him, producing a settlement negotiated with officials he appointed. She ordered both sides to explain whether they were actually adversaries or secretly colluding. Trump dismissed the case the day before those briefs were due.
Then, after she closed it, the Justice Department released not one but two extraordinary agreements — a $1.776 billion fund to compensate Trump's allies, and a separate one-page document permanently barring the IRS from ever auditing Trump, his family, or his businesses. Agreements that had apparently been negotiated while the case was supposedly active before her court.
Judge Williams cited the New York Times report revealing that the IRS had prepared a 25-page memo outlining strong defenses against Trump's suit — defenses the Justice Department never raised in court, never filed, never mentioned.
Her order came directly in response to the filing by 35 former federal judges — appointed by presidents of both parties — who called the scheme a fraud and urged her to reopen the case.
She listened.
"We stand ready to work with the court as it investigates this matter," said Norman Eisen, who represented the former judges.
Trump tried to flip the table before she could see the cards. She just put them back on the table.
If you can’t wait to see the Justice Department try to explain itself, please like and share this post everywhere.
Trump’s day so far:
• A federal judge temporarily blocked his plan to create a $1.8 billion slush fund for January 6 rioters
• A federal judge ordered Trump’s name removed from the Kennedy Center and halted plans to close the venue for two years.
• A federal judge reopened Trump’s $10 billion IRS lawsuit and ordered an investigation into “grievous allegations” that a rushed settlement was “premised on deception.”
Multiple musicians have pulled out of Trump’s Freedom 250 concert
And it’s not even 7 p.m. yet.
So much winning.
Hide the ketchup!!!
BREAKING: we just won our Kennedy Center case!
Both the renaming & the closure of the Kennedy Center are enjoined
Kudos to our wonderful client @RepBeatty
& my colleagues @DDAction_ & Washington Litigation Group
This is a 1-2 punch against Trump's corruption
This week alone:
DOJ opens an investigation into the woman Trump raped.
The White House is caught steering a $620 million contract to Don Jr.’s firm.
The Pentagon hands out a $10 billion contract after Trump buys stock in the company.
Foreign governments are caught funneling hundreds of millions into a random JPMorgan account tied to Trump’s “Board of Peace” with no oversight.
It’s just Thursday.
The corruption isn’t hidden anymore. It’s happening out in the open.
Russia’s aerial bombs remain a major challenge for us. Within a month, we are talking about thousands, not even hundreds. Their jets launch glide bombs both from Russian territory and temporarily occupied Ukrainian territory at ranges exceeding 100 kilometers. We have never had enough air defense assets to intercept such bombs.
Using these bombs, the Russians wreak destruction across our border communities in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Kharkiv, Sumy, and others. Many cities and villages have been razed to the ground by aerial bombs.
Therefore, Gripens with matching weaponry – particularly Meteor missiles that destroy targets at distances exceeding 200 kilometers – will help us push Russian jets away so that they can’t use glide bombs en masse anymore.
From the joint press conference with the Prime Minister of Sweden (2/2).
President Trump's nearly $1.8 billion slush fund is unconstitutional, illegal and a fraud on the court—and the country.
Everyone—Democrats, Republicans, Independents—must reject this total usurpation of the other branches and flat-out violation of our nation's laws.
🚨NEW: Federal Judge Leonie Brinkema has blocked Donald Trump’s $1.8 billion “anti-weaponization” slush fund to pay January 6th insurrectionists.
RETWEET to thank Judge Brinkema for standing up for our democracy!
Today I want to commend our warriors, who once again showed that Ukrainian long-range sanctions are working effectively. The distance was nearly 800 kilometers from Ukraine’s state border – the city of Kstovo, oil refining – strike confirmed. Overall, our long-range plan for May is being carried out largely in full. The key targets are Russian oil refineries, storage facilities, and other infrastructure tied to these oil revenues. I am grateful for the additional proposals from our special services. We will be acting on them. We will be responding.
I spoke with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, @Keir_Starmer. I am grateful for all the support the United Kingdom provides to Ukraine – our efforts to protect life. We coordinated positions on the diplomatic track regarding Russia’s war against Ukraine, and we are working to reinvigorate substantive diplomacy. We also agreed on future contacts.
Another Ukrainian long-range sanction against Russian oil refining – and we are continuing this line of action. This time around, it was the Syzran oil refinery – more than 800 kilometers away from our border. I thank the warriors of the Unmanned Systems Forces and the Special Operations Forces for their precision. Glory to Ukraine!
There are good results from the warriors of the SSU Special Operations Center “A.” A Russian FSB headquarters has been struck, and a Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile system has been destroyed in our temporarily occupied territory. Thanks to just this one operation, Russian losses amount to around a hundred occupiers killed and wounded. Russians must feel that they must bring this war of theirs to an end. Ukraine’s medium- and long-range sanctions will keep working.
