@doooyle I'm in Medellรญn right now and would say there's a lot more people posted up here for months/years than I've seen elsewhere in Latin America. The amenities make working really easy
The life I aspire to live is one where I genuinely canโt tell the difference between work & play
Like:
Playing tennis with a founder I backed
Starting a business with lifelong friends
Surfing with an investor
F*ck balance, I want to love what I do & integrate my work & life
@philfreo What do you think is the best approach to deal with this from the perspective of the business who offers custom pricing? Some way for the customer to indicate they are ready to buy?
@doooyle Last winter I went to an off grid island in the Belizean Barrier Reef for a week to learn to dive and spear lionfish (https://t.co/QnZtddYpN7). Was $$$$ but an incredible experience and great conservation opportunity. Also bought the jewelry of the lionfish I speared haha
@levelsio Also, you're not like most! Majority of businesses spending hundreds of thousands would get someone on the call because it's not a 1 man business who is the buyer. It is someone's job is to procure that tool
@levelsio Pricing only goes one way (down) as you negotiate.
So for enterprise SaaS, they have to anchor high. If they publish pricing publicly and itโs too high, it will scare prospects away who might otherwise convert. The โtalk to salesโ flow maximizes enterprise value
