Week 7 Follow Up- I was able to start initiating the mentor process this week using one on one Zoom sessions with my kiddos. They loved hearing what I admitted about them and their reading and were given additional suggestions to help push them as readers #hcpsread

A2- it is impossible to be an effective teacher and mentor if you don’t do the background work of the minor and the mirror. You have to know where your students are at to take them where they need to be. #hcpsread

A1-Mentoring in small steps help to chunk the learning for the student. If you give it to them all at once, they will get confused and not truly understand the end result. During e-learning this is helpful so students do not become overwhelmed #hcps
